Thank you for your interest in Ursuline Academy! As a school that welcomes diversity, Ursuline Academy admits students without regard to race, color, creed, religion, or national or ethnic origin. All applications will be subject to an $80 non-refundable fee ($75.00 + $5.00 processing fee.) This fee covers the required admission testing as well.

The Admission Checklist is listed below for each respective school. Please use the information below to determine what you will need to provide on your student’s behalf:

EARLY CHILDHOOD:

•   Application:  Please submit your completed application and the $80 processing fee. This fee also covers your Admission Screening.

•   Teacher Recommendations:  Two (2) teacher recommendation forms should be submitted to your student’s current school. The Admission Committee may require further recommendations or information to create a more complete profile of your student’s experience to date. The school should send the recommendations directly to Ursuline.

   School Records Request:  A records request form should be submitted to your student’s current school. The school should send the records directly to Ursuline.

   Copy of Birth Certificate:  All applicants are required to submit a copy of their birth certificate. Birth certificates may be faxed to (302) 658-4297, emailed, or mailed to the Admission Office.

   Admission Screening:  The screening process for children ages 3 – 5 includes an observation and developmental readiness assessment by our Early Childhood Staff. The Admission Office will confirm when your student will screen/test.

LOWER SCHOOL:

   Admission Testing:  Students entering grades 9 – 12 will complete grade-appropriate assessments in verbal, reading, and math skills exams.
