August 5 – 9
This 5 day camp is offered August 5-9th, 9am-3pm. We will teach rising 9-12th grade students cooking basics while providing an opportunity for students to experiment and create in the context of French and Hispanic recipes. Students will shop at a Hispanic market and a farmer’s market, learn how to choose fruits and vegetables, learn how to cut, and acquire best practices in cooking through experimentation.
