Valerie White

As the Director of Enrollment Management, Valerie White oversees all aspects of recruitment, selection, enrollment, and retention across all school divisions. She also serves as a member of the core leadership team, working collaboratively with the Board of Trustees, senior leaders, faculty, and staff. Valerie brings a unique set of skills and talents to her role at Ursuline, which allows her to connect with families as they seek the best school for their children. Having personally attended Catholic school, she deeply values and appreciates faith and service as part of the school experience.

She brings over two decades of experience working with independent schools. Previously, Valerie served in a variety of roles at St. Anne’s Episcopal School, including Middle and Lower School Head and Director of Curriculum and Instruction. In addition to forging strong relationships with students, parents, and community organizations over the years, Valerie has also been a member and participant in numerous committees and professional organizations, including ADVIS, AISAP, and NAIS. As a mother of two young women, she is dedicated to empowering young women to find their passion and discover ways in which they can make a difference in the world around them. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending time with her daughters.

Education: B.S. in Marketing, University of Delaware;  M.Ed in Elementary Education, Wilmington University
